Shipping policy

 Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.

The majority of orders arrive the next working day when placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed at the first possible opportunity on the next working day. Deliveries in rural areas may require an additional 3 days for arrival. 

Delivery Notifications

To keep shipping prices as low as possible, we do not provide a tracked service. Your order will arrive 1-3 working days after you have placed it. You can leave contactless delivery instructions for the couriers to securely leave your parcel in a safe place.

Contactless Delivery Instructions

Packages will not be left unattended unless instructed. You will have opportunity to leave delivery instructions at the cart and checkout stages of your purchase, such as "leave in porch" or "leave behind bin" if you won't be at home.

After 2 failed deliveries, your order is returned to us in accordance with the delivery company's policy. Redelivery can be requested, but another delivery charge will be included.

Green Terminator & Sprayer Orders

Orders that include Green Terminator products and sprayers are dispatched from separate warehouses (no additional charge) and will arrive with different couriers. In most cases, the Green Terminator product will arrive first, shortly followed by Royal Mail with your sprayer. 

Bulk Orders & Orders Over 80 Litres

Orders over 80 litres exceed our standard delivery fee. Where applicable, your shipping fee for bulk quantities will be subject to change based on your postcode, whether delivery is to a residential or business address, and whether a vehicle with a tail lift is required. Such a price in not available until we book your order in with our couriers. At such a time, we will contact you directly with a quote for the additional shipping fee and to request payment. 

Collections

We do not offer collections from our office at this time.

Ordering from Northern Ireland or Ireland?

You must have an EORI number and arrange your own transportation as our couriers are unable to ship outside of the UK mainland. Please get in touch with us on 0800 368 8535 to process your order.
